Even before assembly, our fabric frames are checked for quality. It is important to visually inspect the cutting edges of the frame. Because the cut is made with high-quality saw blades, the cutting edges of the frame fit together precisely. 

The assembly of the Fabric Frame framework system

Our Fabric Frame frame system can be put together quickly and easily in just a few simple steps. The high-quality frames remain stable and resilient over many uses.

This is ensured by unique steel quick connectors with a thickness of 4 mm (for wall mounting) or steel brackets with a thickness of 4 mm (for stand displays). We produce our frame connectors in Germany.

The Fabric Frame wall mount

We use special wall brackets to attach the Fabric Frame picture to the aluminum frame that goes with it. In this way, the frame can be mounted in a dimensionally stable manner if the surface is uneven, because our wall brackets are freely adjustable.

The assembly of large format fabric frames

When assembling large format fabric frames, there are special challenges that need to be considered. In order for the frame to be stable, cross-connectors are inserted into the individual frame elements. We can also produce very large formats according to your wishes.

How is LED technology installed in the frames?

We mount LED strips on a cloth and the cloth is inserted into the back wall of the frames. With this LED technology we achieve a high modularity of the frame. The transport of the foldable LED fabrics with the fabric prints and the system character of our frames is very easy and saves packaging material and heavy transport.
