Cancellation Policy for Consumers <\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Consumers may revoke their declaration aimed at concluding the purchase contract for the delivery of goods under the following conditions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The right of withdrawal only applies to contracts for the delivery of goods that are prefabricated and for whose production no individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are not clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the case of a contract for several goods that you ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the case of a contract for the delivery of a good in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CCS digital_fabric\u00ae GmbH, Ungelsheimer Weg 1 \u2013 3, D-40472 D\u00fcsseldorf, Tel. +49 211 90697-0, Fax. +49 211 90697-40, E-Mail: info@ccs-digital.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consequences of Withdrawal <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier. You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
